V4™ volumetric powder feeders
The V4 series feeders are heavy duty, high capacity volumetric powder feeders that are designed for use with thermal spray processes such as HVOF, HVAF, Plasma, Cold Spray and Laser Cladding, but may also be used in other industrial applications.
The V4 series powder feeders utilize a unique proprietary feeding mechanism that eliminates friction between mechanical components, enabling these feeders to reliably feed even the most problematic types of powders, such as solder powder. Superfine agglomerating powders and powders prone to bridging and rat-holing can also be reliably fed, as well as flaking powders and materials which tend to build up on internal components of other powder feeders.
