V1™ volumetric powder feeders
The V1 series feeders are heavy duty, high capacity volumetric powder feeders that are designed for use with thermal spray processes such as HVOF, HVAF, Plasma, Cold Spray and Laser Cladding, but may also be used in other industrial applications.
The PF series feeders do not have any wearing seals, which means that their operation never degrades with time. Year after year they provide reliable, consistent, pulse-free feeding of smooth flowing thermal spray powders, grit, or highly abrasive powders. These feeders require no consumable spare parts. The volumetric feed principle directly controls the powder feed rate by the speed of the metering wheel. A digital RPM read out assures complete repeatability and precision.
